◆Example of Fee Breakdown:
- English to Japanese, Japanese to English website translation: one screen’s worth of Japanese to English translation: starting at ￥5,000.
- E-mail Translation: 1 e-mail page (approx. 1 line of 70 bytes x 30 lines): starting at ￥3,000.
- Production of documents for presentation: 10-pages worth of documents: In the case of text-heavy documents: starting at ￥30,000. Little-text: starting at ￥10,000.
- General English lessons:
- 1 student, one hour = ￥4,000.
- 2 students: one hour = ￥3,500 each.
- 3 students: one hour = ￥3,000 each.
- 4+ students: one hour = ￥2,500 each.
- Production of English version visual footage and video, UI translation: please consult. The production of software documents, A4-size paper, one-side: starting at ￥5,000.

Working example of charges:
In all cases, we ask that a hard copy of the document to be translated be provided by the client. In the case that a client asks us to create a hard copy of the translated document, we will apply a special surcharge.
Although we take the utmost care concerning all work we do, if the client finds in any way they have undergone damages due to us, we will bear the appropriate responsibility. Concerning all translation and simultaneous interpretation, when dealing with content pertaining to specialized fields of study/work, we apply an additional surcharge.
Both one-time and term-based contracts are possible.
Term-based contracts: one month: starting at ￥50,000 (the price may change depending on content style and volume of content).
Although the amount we charge is based on the particulars of the contract, the minimum contract price we accept is ￥10,000.
Concerning lessons and interviews, we will decide the time and place after consulting with the client (on-site lessons are available). Translation work is, as a general rule, delivered to the client by digital media. If another method of delivery is preferred, please let us know.
Japanese to English Translation:
- General Fee \￥5000 × 10 pages ＝ \￥50,000
- Surcharges \￥2000 × 2 pages ＝ \￥4000（due to technical terms, long pages）
- Discounts -\￥2000 × 4 pages ＝ -\￥8000（number of short pages）
