If for some reason you must cancel your class, all you have to do is send an e-mail or phone the teacher. Of course I ask you to try to phone as early as possible. If you cancel, you do not receive your money in lieu of the missed lesson, but rather, you are guaranteed to be able to reschedule the class at a later date.
Monday and Tuesdays, from 10:00AM to 10:00PM is the designated make-up time, when the student is guaranteed the chance to do a make-up lesson for any lessons cancelled. If you have cancelled a class, the first step is to check the Elocutions online calendar to see what times are open on a Monday or Tuesday. Once you have found a couple times when you are available to meet, the next step is to contact me by phone, cellphone e-mail, or PC e-mail. I will double-check the time you have asked for, and a make-up class will then be arranged. Lessons wil be scheduled in order of notification so it is best to phone as soon as you know when you are able to do the make-up lesson.
It is also possible to arrange for a make-up class on a day other than Monday and Tuesday, but please be aware that it is up to the teacher's discretion. That being said, if you prefer a day other than Monday or Friday it is worth checking with the teacher. Usually something can be arranged.
In the case that the teacher must cancel a class due to illness or other appropriate reasons, the same rules above apply.
